MageLabs OÜ ("we," "us," or "our") aims to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a consistent policy. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds.

General Policy for Digital Goods

All items are digital goods. Once delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in these cases:

* Undelivered Items: If a purchased item is not delivered.
* Technical Issues: Verified issues on our end preventing item use.

Submit refund requests within 48 hours of purchase. Supporting documents may be required.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Provide your order ID, transaction details, and issue description.
3. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

* Resale or transfer of items to another account.

Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to deny refunds for fraudulent or abusive requests. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
